Dear BalloonsIT Members,
We added today a Shout Box - live chat capabilities to the homepage of our website. The BalloonsIT Shout Box is for members to chat, meet each other, get quick help for quest and mission items. It is a great place to ask and get help quickly for new players.

Shoutbox Rules: Please accept these rules and read this first before you post in the Shoutbox or Forum.

1. No aggressive behavior or flaming

2. No capslock: Using capslock is very rude or impolite.
(Example : I INFLATED TODAY 3000 RED BALLOONS)

3. No spam or other advertisments: Spam are useless comments that don't benefit anyone but the shouter shouted for any reason whatsoever. There is lots of gray area regarding what is spam and what isn't. Ultimately what is spam and what isn't is decided by the moderators in every situation at their own descretion.

4. No Inappropriate, Vulgar or Illegal Websites, illegal download links: Please respect our community here at BalloonsIT. BalloonsIT is a website made for all ages. This includes children. No Inappropriate, Vulgar or Illegal Websites will be tolerated.

5. Price Checks: Price Checks are not permitted in the Shout box. If you wish to discuss or check a price with another user, please do it over the mail system.

6.No Discussion of Competitors: BELBAL,BalloonsIT and its staff understand that there are competitor balloon producer websites out there on the World Wide Web; however, please refrain from discussing these in the Shout box.

7. Languages: The main language on this website is english. We tolerate other languages, but will continue to ask kindly to use Google translator and translate your language to english.

8. Harassment: BalloonsIT understands that from time to time, some users might not agree with the rules set down by the owners of BalloonsIT; however, please do refrain from harassing staff members because of this. Also, if you believe that you are being mis-treated or you have a problem with a rule, please send a mail message to info@balloonsIT.com when you wish to. BalloonsIT will also not tolerate the harassment of users to users. Cyber-bullying is known to be a major problem on the internet today, and BalloonsIT will not tolerate this. Respect other forummembers. This forum must be a place where everybody is welcome! If you wish to discuss a matter with another user, please do it over the mail system. WHINING and COMPLAINING also come under this rule. This will not be tolerated, as it is annoying and not necessary.

Important !
Our moderators can warn a user in the shoutbox or via email, if he or she doesn't respect these rules.
After 4 warning emails, the user will be banned from this group!

For any major change to these rules a news post will be created for all users in the News section on the hompage. If you wish to discuss these rules, feel free to use the Your Comments box under the article.
