Membership - Terms and Conditions

•  A person shall be described as a member when they have agreed to the terms and conditions of membership, provided details as required by the editor and have been issued a membership number.

•  The use of the member service is solely the responsibility and risk of the member. •  Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall BalloonsIT^TMor any person involved in creating, producing or distributing the member service be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from the use of or inability to use the member service including, but not limited to, reliance by a member on any information obtained on the member service; or that result from mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletion of files or e-mail, errors, defects, viruses, delays in operation, or transmission, or any failure of performance, whether or not limited to acts of God, communications failure, theft, destruction or unauthorised access to BalloonsIT^TMwebsite or information contained therein. The Member hereby acknowledges that this paragraph 3 shall apply to all content, merchandise or services available through the member service

•  Notwithstanding the foregoing, in no event shall the total liability of BalloonsIT^TMor its employees, officers, agents, third-party information providers, merchants or licensors, for all damages, losses and causes of action, including negligence, or otherwise, either jointly or severally, exceed the aggregate amount paid by a member to BalloonsIT ^TM, in the twelve (12) months prior to the claimed injury or damage.

•  BalloonsIT^TMshall in it's content from time to time report and/or refer to information found on other websites and/or is otherwise in the public domain.

•  Material uploaded by the members should be appropriate material and matter for the BalloonsIT^TMwebsite and should not include material of an unsuitable nature, explicitly; sexual, violent, blasphemous or contain strong language.

•  Material uploaded by members will be subject to the scrutiny of the editor. It will be the decision of the editor whether the material whether by text or pictorial be posted to the BalloonsIT^TMwebsite and/or used in any other BalloonsIT material.

Members agree to follow and honour the membership terms and conditions of BalloonsIT^TMand agree to maintain the reputation of the website and community and abide by all copyright and other applicable laws.

Any complaints about the site should be addressed by email to the editor via the forum . Any changes or updates to the terms and conditions will be published on the website for a minimum of 60 days.
